These air cleaners really do work very well, we purchased 3 of them, 1 for each occupied bedroom. The operational cost of these air cleaners however is astronomical, this year compared to last year our electrical bill has consistently been 50%-68% higher than last year (before we had 3 of these) which I have calculated to be an operational cost of about $30-$35 per month PER UNIT!!! on the medium setting. 1 did break down, Honeywell’s answer was to send it back and the whole process would take 3-4 weeks to have it repaired under warranty, hhmmmm , I don’t think so, thankfully,we explained the situation to TARGET (where we purchased the units) and Target exchanged it at the store, that same day.
