This device (I had the Living Air Breeze) DESTROYED every latex item in my home:
- a box of latex gloves
- the waste-bands of my underwear
- the pull-strings on my jackets
- THREE Select Comfort “Sleep Number” beds!!!
It did not matter where these items were located: in the room, upstairs, in the deep recesses of a drawer in another room, on another floor. The vast quantities of ozone produced by this unit knew no bounds.
Can you imagine what this “Living Air” is doing to the living beings in your home??? Another poster has done an excellent job of scientifically refuting this company’s claims, so I won’t cover that further.
Mine died an early death on me as well (the fan stopped working right), but by that time I’d seen the destructiveness of it, and was genuinely concerned about the massive amounts of ozone being produced. I threw it out with the rest of the trash, despite the price paid for it. The fact that it soon stopped working well was a blessing.
DO NOT BUY THIS USELESS AND DANGEROUS PRODUCT.
“Dr.” Laura routinely and enthusiastically endorses this product.
Once again, “Dr.” Laura’s flippant recommendations have lead to dangerous and irresponsible consequences. She, and this bogus air-cleaning device both belong in the trash heap.
